Existing customers

In order to make a claim on your extended warranty you should contact Direct Group who are our claims administrators. Full details of the claims procedure and contact details can be found here.

In order to change any details of your insurance policy (like your contact details), you should contact us directly. Full details can be found here.

Once you've submitted your claim, Direct Group (our Claim Administraters) will aim to confirm the outcome within 48 hours.

New customers

We only provide cover for mobile phones currently.

All of our customers need to be at least 18 years of age when they purchase a policy through us.

No, unfortunately you need to be a UK resident in order to insure your phone with Devicelife.

You can pay for your Devicelife extended warranty by card. We accept a wide range of debit and credit cards, including American Express.

Your Devicelife warranty begins once your manufacturer's warranty expires. For most manufacturers this is 2 years after you first purchased your device. For Apple devices it's 1 year after purchase. We'll confirm the start date of your warranty in the policy schedule that we email to you immediately after you order.
